Life and Work in the World's most Southerly Post Office: an interview with Lucy Bruzzone

Welcome to our first 'Expedition Cruise Leaders' Interview.

Our CEO Akvile Marozaite had an incredible opportunity to sit down with Lucy Bruzzone, the Education Program Director at the Cambridge University who spent 5 months last season in Antarctica working in the world's most Southerly post Office at the historic Port Lockroy Station.

In this interview, they chat about work and life in Antarctica, sharing a football-pitch sized island with a colony of Gentoo penguins, meeting expedition cruise ship passengers, the affect climate crisis is having on the continent, and what we can do as individuals and organizations to mitigate some of the negative impacts human activity is causing to its wildlife, surrounding ocean, and the landscapes.

Happy watching!
