What is the Expedition Cruise Network Conference 2025?

 

Taking place over two days on Tuesday, 30th September and Wednesday, 1st October 2025, at the elegant Bankside Hotel in London, this conference will build on the success of its inaugural edition and continue to serve as a key gathering for the expedition cruise industry. Join us as we bring together members and stakeholders to engage in insightful discussions, foster relationships, and address the most important issues facing this rapidly growing sector of the travel industry.

The Expedition Cruise Network Conference provides a unique platform for the travel trade to connect directly with leading expedition cruise operators. With a mix of expert-led seminars, up to 30 pre-arranged one-on-one meetings facilitated through a digital platform, and ample networking opportunities, attendees will have the chance to discover new partnerships, share knowledge, and strengthen existing business connections.

Who will be there? 

 

The guest list will include Expedition Cruise Network expedition cruise operator members and a mix of independent agents, tour operators, home-workers and leisure agents. 


Delegates will be categorised into;


1. ‘Exhibitors’ or ‘Suppliers’ 

Exhibitors or suppliers will consist of expedition cruise operator delegates, comprising members of the ECN and carefully selected non-members where applicable.


2. ‘Buyers’

Delegates in the 'Buyer' category will include travel trade professionals involved in selling expedition cruise products, including tour operators, retail travel agents, travel designers, homeworkers, or individuals currently engaged in or intending to sell expedition cruise products.

 


I am an ECN expedition cruise operator member, what can I expect from the ECN Conference?
