We are delighted to announce the launch of the inaugural ECN Expedition Cruise Awards.These prestigious awards are dedicated to recognising the very best expedition cruise lines and expedition cruise sellers in our industry. Please see below for the categories and entry criteria.
The winners will be announced at the ECN Expedition Cruise Conference on the evening of Tuesday 1st October 2024 in London. So please save the date and join us in celebrating the very best of the expedition cruise industry, at the ECN Expedition Cruise Awards 2024!

Expedition Cruise Categories
There are 7 categories to recognise the very best expedition cruise lines in our sector. All expedition cruise categories are voted for by our travel trade members.
Best expedition cruise operator for the polar destinations
Best expedition cruise operator for warm weather destinations
Best expedition cruise operator for luxury
Best expedition cruise operator for sustainability
Best large expedition cruise operator (600+ berths in overall fleet)
Best medium expedition cruise operator (150 - 599 berths in overall fleet)
Best small expedition cruise operator (up to 149 berths in overall fleet)

There are 5 categories to recognise the very best expedition cruise sellers in our industry. You can nominate yourself, or someone else to receive any of the awards below. The entries will be judged by a panel made up of members of the expedition cruise lines that are part of the ECN Advisory Board.

Best expedition cruise tour operator (ATOL bonded)
Best individual expedition cruise seller / travel advisor
Best newcomer to expedition cruise - travel agency or tour operator
Best individual newcomer to expedition cruise - cruise seller / travel advisor
